I'm 28 and have orgasms by myself, but having them during sex seems very difficult for me.
I've been having sex for a good 13 years and the big O only comes with the help of a battery operated device. {end story}

C it’s only sometimes and I’m fine with that. I don’t need to orgasm every time to enjoy sex every time. It’s different if it’s just a booty-call of course because then the orgasm is about the release. I can get great pleasure with out climaxing though.

Have you ever stopped to consider that every human being is the result of a male orgasm? Gross, I know. I can’t help but wonder how many women orgasmed suring that same event. Is the universe sexist?

What about artificial insemination? Can they not extract semen using a syringe, freeze that semen and then later inseminate a woman with it? I’m not sure if this is accurate, but I assumed not all sperm had to be collected via orgasm.

A man would never have sex without having an orgasm. How would you know when the sex was done? lol.
Intercourse does not feel very good for me. It is usually somewhat painful and quite uncomfortable. I do it anyways in order to “help me feel closer to my husband.” I have tried talking to him about the discomfort and it hurts his feelings no matter how sensitively or kindly I try to address the issue.
My husband also will not perform oral sex and won’t tell me why. I have asked many times and he has never offered a reason and I have tried to get him interested, keeping myself neatly trimmed, and showering and douching right before sex. After years of this I finally decided to stop performing oral sex unless he first performs it, a little quid-pro-quo. Though this has not helped either. I have broken my own rule on occasion but still nothing for me.
So my answer is e.) only by myself (battery operated or manual)

Girl, that’s a funny first line. That thing about your husband though, come on!? Why’s he being like that? I know, you don’t know but I wouldn’t be giving up anything unless there was some kind of give back.
