Want to get happier?  Get busy.  That's the implication of a study from the U.K. (they're so far ahead of us on so many things).  Check it:

Good sex? Yes. Bad sex? I’d rather go shopping.

There’s a big difference to me between having sex and making love. The latter implies that there is love involved. Even though it’s 2011, I think us women still prefer the love connection. So when I love someone I feel better. If it’s just sex I can end up feeling depressed. Know what I mean?

I wonder how much of this is based on the fact that we’re happier when we get in the mood for making love. I mean who wants to have sex when they’re feeling bad about themselves or in a shitty mood?

It’s not necessarily the sex itself…it’s the orgasm. So of course bad sex won’t make us feel good. lol.
